“Lock nuts fitted perfectly and taps now on but very disappointed that they arrived in a large box filled with your catalogue and a lot of air bags. What a ridiculous waste of packing, freight space, paper and unnecessary effort. Please be more environmentally responsible. Ask if catalogue required and when not use a Jiffy bag which may not cost the £5 postage.”
