“Impossible to screw into the floor because the screw holes in the flange are too close to the hole that needs to be drilled in the floor to feed the gas pipe into the bottom of the restrictor elbow. In the end I purchased a much better restrictor elbow from an alternative supplier that had a much wider flange (so the screw holes were much further away from the supply pipe).”
