“Needed to check internal valve of installed unit in situ in the cistern but unable to generate sufficient force to turn head 90 degrees. Bought replacement and found that even using both hands it took a lot of force before the top moved and valve diaphragm could be observed. Once the initial opening had been achieved the top could be removed fairly easily but still required some force - difficult to apply on a built in cistern with limited access. I did have excellent advice fron Claire at Wirquin but the head of the valve was immovable and it required the toilet and unit to be removed to gain access to the ivalve.”
