“The seal and filter worked perfectly. However I did wonder why the postage was a hefty £6. I assumed the filter to be light but I needed the part and so paid the price. I was perplexed to see such a large parcel arrive and this turned to annoyance when I saw a heavy products catalogue had been included! Bloody cheek! I had paid well over the odds for a catalogue delivery I did not want. Flippin' heck, what do I want a catalogue for, I bought it online!! This is why I have marked down this experience as poor. You shouldn't rip people off this way as they will go elsewhere.”
Many thanks for your review. Our policy is that orders under £40 before VAT incur a £4.95 carraige charge regardless of size etc.
A catalogue was also included as it was a first order by yourself and this is a procedure that we currently offer.
