“When you order something online, then pay for an early morning delivery? The system doesn't inform you that the fitting is out of stock. When you contact the sales department, you cannot just give your name and address but the operator handling the call has the attitude that you should know this. When you enquire about delivery of this fitting you get informed it's not in stock and they haven't got any idea when it will arrive. It's only you whom can cancel this order because the person on the phone hadn't got the ability to suggest any other course of action. So beware ordering anything online because customer service doesn't exist if inadvertently you had to contact a whole week after you placed the order to enquire when you're going to receive. This operator thought she was doing me a favour by looking into her computer and telling me that the fitting wasn't in stock. Empathy, ? I've dealt withbetercompanies whom care about you as a customer, this lady needs To go on a refresher course on how to treat customers. Shocking..”
