I ordered the cowls alongside another product. When the delivery arrived no cowls were sent. It said they would follow later. BES never told me when I was ordering them that they were not in stock, and a week after receiving the delivery they had still not bothered to contact me or email me to say when they would arrive. I called them,and they offered no apology just another prospective date when they may arrive. I called them back the day after the date they had given and still nothing. I requested a refund, that still hasn't arrived. If you don't have stock inform customers when they get to check out, or at least have the courtesy of emailing after. I have had to re-book the roofer, as I have to get them from somewhere else, wasting two weeks.
