“I’d love to review it but it arrived broken, it’s been over a week since I reported it and have had no news about the replacement or collection of the damaged one..... Any news???

Hi Andrew,
Sincere apologies. Upon investigation it transpires a replacement product was despatched the day after the original (damaged product). However, the courier did not leave a card to say your replacement goods were at a collection point, as you were not home to take delivery.
A BES representative has since spoken to you to confirm the above and to advise that the damaged goods will be collected tomorrow.
Once again apologies for the confusion. Rest assured we have regular updates with our couriers to further improve service levels.
