“Item required some modification to fit but main issue is with BES themselves.
Initially ordered what was found to be the wrong part so sent back for a refund and a replacement ordered.
Ended up paying just under £10 for two deliveries to which the second delivery solved the issue but BES failed to meet the contractual requirements of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 and failed to return the initial delivery costs. Even better, they decided to deduct VAT from the initial cost at my expense.
My initial review has somehow disappeared from the website so replacing it again.”

We have tried to call you but unable to speak with you. After looking at your account we can see that p/n 19000 was ordered incorrectly and a full refund on this part was issued but we would not of issued a credit for the carraige cost that was incurred on the order.
