Water service pipes are recommended to be laid down to a depth of at least 750 mm. This of course is not always possible and therefore a solution is now offered in the form of a water repellent Shalloduct insulation that can be slid into a protective Rigiduct corrugated pipe. This will protect the water service pipe from traffic damage but also against frost.
