“So fortunate to find a cistern identical to our original which had been leaking for months due to a small crack. It'd been in place for decades. All the existing pipework lined up and fitting it was relatively straightforward. Once I learned that the flush pipe had to be exactly parallel to the back wall everything went so well. This has saved me time and money. Ok now for several more decades. Thank you.”

“A good product, but fitting instructions could have been improved with better diagrams and easier step-by-step fitting instructions. The connecting rod between the handle's lever and the syphon mechanism was missing. As this was a more-or-less like-for-like replacement this did not matter as I could re-use the original. But more care on packing would be better.”
