“It’s a beautiful ring. I have the matching necklace that I bought a couple of years back so I wanted to complete the set. I was delighted to find that Berry Jewellers were selling the ring at the cheapest price with tracked, signed for delivery at no extra cost - a nice touch I thought! The item was carefully wrapped with original packaging and certification. Now onto my slight disappointing review, the ring had some kind of mark on the back which doesn’t polish out with a cloth. While I am aware you are unlikely to see the mark upon wearing, I was disappointed to learn that the product had not been carefully checked before posting. (Particularly disappointing as the item was an expensive purchase and should be without fault or if there was a fault this be stated in the description for buyers awareness).”
