“Attractive timepiece and very comfortable to wear with the beatifully designed rubber strap. It is a stunning watch. I was alittle disappointed that my watch di not arrive on the day it was scheduled, moreover when I wrote to your customer service abou this matter |I received no response....not a customer friendly approach for a new customer or indeed any customer. I was then left wondering if the entire purchase was a hoax, thankfully the Royal Mail tracking uodated the situation and eased my concerns. Notwithstanding htis blip, purchasing from Berrys has been a wonderful expererience and I delighted to have this watch which I waited for so long. With best wishes John Purdie”
