“In my opinion, previous orders of these Slim Tract Folders were of better quality. The embossed "Tract" on the front was missing. Also when opened, the folders don't lay flat.”
Hello, Thank you for your review. The company making the outer vinyl material stopped making the vinyl that we used to use. This new material is very similar but you may notice that it is not textured as before.
We also made the decision to remove the word "Tracts" of the front as we have customers that speak different languages, so the removal of the English word "Tracts" makes these more appropriate for all customers. I hope this explanation helps. If you would like to send a picture of the folder (as you mention it doesnt lay flat) please message us from our website and we can have a look at this for you. Thank you.
