“Admired these boots and walked out of the store without them. Upon arrival back home in the US I thought about them and talked with My Twin, Trudy, about them. Low and behold a gift arrived from Trudy for me and when I slid my foot in to them - like a slipper. The personal note from Sharon was an added surprise. Best Customer Service and delivery method ever......Thank You”

“These boots are not the quality you expect from Rieker. The Heel and side of the boot are highly degraded after wearing for approx 80 minutes. The sizing is also wrong they don't fit the size they say they are. I ordered a size 6 (eu 39). I am actually a size 5 but I always order a size 6 in a boot to get the extra room. These boots are too tight all round and nothing like a size 6. Begg Shoes apparently think all of this is OK and declined to refund me. Never again will I trust or buy from this Begg shop again who could have returned them to Rieker to take up the problems described.”

Shapes and sizes can vary between styles so we always recommend trying on footwear indoors, at home, in case the size doesn't suit. Overall, we have found this style fits true to size and our teams in the stores often recommend this style to customers looking for a western-inspired look and great value for money. I am sorry that this particular style was not to your liking on this occasion. “Perfect fit, nice and warm -- I bought these for an upcoming trip to Berlin Germany where I'm expecting snow and rain with cold temp. We'll see how they do once I have a chance to wear them out in the elements and for walking distances.”
