“Ordered slippers for my daughter online. Received shoes with dirty soles which mean they've been worn. If my daughter didn't see them I'd have returned them. They're also of poor quality-I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

Hello Malgorzata Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that the slippers were not as expected. I am very concerned to hear of the issues you described. Every order has a strict quality check in place to ensure that the goods we sell are of high quality, and I am sorry to hear that this seems to have been missed in this instance. We'd like to resolve this for you and I have sent a private email to you for more information. If I can be of further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me at info@beggshoes.com Kind regards Faith Customer Services Begg Shoes
