Hello Geraldine Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry that Customs are charging you €30 to receive your parcel. At this time, additional costs of importation including local VAT or related admin fees are payable (locally) by the customer. Begg Shoes is working on a solution to provide pre-paid VAT but as a small business, is unable to offer this currently. This information is listed on our website. You are welcome to refuse the charge, whereby the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be automatically applied. If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know.
