“Ordered my shoes and waited patiently for them arrival. Expected some sort of message advising of delivery time. Nothing arrived. After 1 week I phoned and enquired about my order. Spoke to someone who put me on hold for 5 mins. She got back to me and said she needed to look in to it further and would phone me back shortly. Waited and waited but heard nothing. The next day when checking my banking app I noticed a refund from Begg shoes for the amount I'd originally paid. I won't be using this company again as I found there service totally unacceptable”
