“The trainers are for my husband who has had a stroke. They are easy for him to put on himself and very comfortable. I will definitely look for shoes on Begg’s website again . I didn’t need to return the trainers but sending a returns label in with the delivery parcel makes it obvious the returns process would be easy . I loved the little handwritten note from Karen too , thanking me for the order. It was a very nice touch and made me feel that I was dealing with a company that cared for its customers.”

“Husband likes these trainers for ease of getting on and off. Only slight downside is the fastening could be longer due to his wide swollen feet.”
