“The shoes I received were great… love them! The shipping process was a bit frustrating, as I did not receive an email with a tracking number until over a month later. When I went to track them, I found out there had been a delivery attempt a few weeks ago that required my signature to accept, so the package had been sitting at my local post office this whole time. I did not know the note that the post office left was for these shoes! If I had received a more timely email to track my shoes, I would have realized this! Or if they had not required a signature, I would have had them sooner. I realize this was just a mixup, but hopefully the company will send tracking information sooner next time. So just be aware that if you make a purchase, this company will require a signature to leave the package.”
