Hello Margaret Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry that the colour was not to your liking. We strive to represent our products online as best as possible in both the image and description given. In this instance, we conclude that the photograph is accurate to the real-life colour of the shoes, but perhaps we could make some changes to the colour description - "navy leather". As we could have described the real colour of these shoes better on our website, I have asked that your order is refunded in full and we will waive the returns fee of £2.50.
