“After purchasing this pair of saldals from Begg Shoes online, on reciept I found them too tight across the toes, so sadly, had to return them. I loved the style so on the return papers I asked if I could exchange them for one size larger, hoping that would be large enough to ease ther part over my toes. To my delight, I received a phone call from Alison at Begg Shoes to say they had refunded my money for the shoes returned and if I wanted to, I should now order the larger size. At that point I asked Alison if she could measure the starp on the size 40 vs size 41 to see how much bigger that would be, but she said they didn't have that size in stock as it would be coming from an affiliated retailer. What to do? Could she call that store and ask to measure the size 41, and then get back to me? "Of course!" was her reply and within a half hour, Alison had called back with the measurements. Sadly, the size 41 vamp is not appreciably larger than the size 40 so I will not be reordering. Begg Shoes went above and beyond in their attemps to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend this retailer. They are a 'one-in-a-million' regarding customer service!!!”
