Hello Christine Thank you for taking the time to leave a product review, and I am sorry to hear that these shoes were not suitable for you. If the shoes are unworn (tried on only) and in their original packaging, you are most welcome to return them to us using the prepaid Royal Mail returns label included in your parcel. We can inspect the shoes for the issues described on receipt of your return parcel, and can process a full refund including returns postage if the issues are present in this particular pair. I trust that all other aspects of our service - use of our website, fast dispatch, communication - have all been exemplary. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me by emailing info@beggshoes.com Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes
