“I saw these online and decided to contact the shop directly (with postal strikes and it being so close to Christmas, I was unsure if I would get them in time.) On the Saturday morning I spoke to a lovely and very helpful lady at the Peterhead location, where there was a pair available. She had them posted out the same day and they arrived on the Monday (and this was in the run-up to Christmas, too). The boots didn't fit but there was returns information in the parcel and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. I returned them to the Inverurie branch and the return process was also seamless. Highly recommend this shoe retailer.”
