“I placed an order online and received an email stating my order had been despatched and giving me my reference number for tracking. 2 days later I got an email saying my item was out of stock and I was getting a refund. I find it very poor taste to ask me to then review my purchase which you didn't even have in stock in the first place. I feel that's bad service twice”
