“I have mid foot arthritis and struggle with comfortable footwear, but these sandals are both supportive and comfy. I absolutely love them as I can wear them all the time even out walking in stony uneven terrain.”

“The sandals are great. The delivery service by Beggs is terrible. I ordered the sandals on 28th Dec for my holiday 0n 5 January. I paid for' next day' delivery (which was reduced to 'priority Royal Mail' by Beggs when I phoned their customer services to complain). The sandals were finally delivered some time after I had left for my holiday!”

Hello Deborah Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service provided. On receiving your order for the sandals, we realised that the only dispatch location that could ship the sandals was based in one of the Scottish islands. As we cannot provide the Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day delivery from the Scottish islands, we called to downgrade your shipping to First Class along with refunding the difference in price. Unfortunately, Royal Mail had been experiencing notable delays to their service during the festive period due to previous strike action causing a backlog at an already busy time of year. This meant your parcel was late arriving, and obviously not in time for the intended purpose. I am sorry that you were not happy with the delivery timescales but I hope my explanation goes some way to providing understanding on what has happened on this occasion. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes
