“Attentive staff in the shop.Offered advice re fit and comfort. Didnt have mums size so ordered them for her and delivered to the shop. No rush in the shop (mum 89)friendly and chatty with me mum. Overall very happy with her new shoes. And she will now return to get her winter boots.”
