“Lovely sandals. I take a size 9 which is a euro 43. These sandals are supposed to be a size 9 but they are marked 42 I decided to keep them but my toes do extend over the front a little bit when I'm walking. They would be too small for me if they were enclosed at the front.”

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to see there was some confusion of the size conversion. I can see that you placed an order for the UK size 9 of this style. Earth/Free Spirit sandals are manufactured in UK sizes, but some brands have their own size conversion guides which can be a little confusing when shopping online. We class an EU 43 as a UK size 9, which is in accordance with the Society of Shoe Fitters, with whom we conduct our shoe fitting training. “Excellent shoes for walking. Very comfortable. They were packaged very well The little handwritten note gave the order a 'personal touch' I am considering the order of a second pair in a different colour in due course.”
