“These are lovely quality shoes but I ordered my usual size (39) which are way too big. Unfortunately I think that the next size down would be too small so am not too sure what to do. However, what I would say is that as usual, the service from Begg is second to none so whilst I may not order a smaller size in this style, I will order other shoes from them.”
