“A top-quality strong beer from a highly-regarded Bavarian brewery, but one I hadn't tried before, so I leapt at the chance to buy this case at a reduced price. It's a fairly typical Bock bier, in that its strength is well hidden amidst a host of full flavours, including an enticing sweet, bready malt, and a deep hit of fragrant hops. If it's ever on offer again, I'll try to be back for more.”
