“Very poor quality, there are lot of metal pins protruding underneath the base and bottom of the bed. It hurt me and my wife while placing bed in its location.
There is ugly cheap black plastic lining.
This is the most expensive diwan bed I bought with very poor finish.
I have another ottoman that I bought 10 years back is far superior than this.
I feel robbed!”
“The bed is absolutely superb. Extremely comfortable and easy to put up. Sadly the communication from the bed factory was disappointing. I asked for a specific day for delivery when ordering the bed as a present which was my sons birthday... that was accepted as delivery date but it arrived 2 days later as apparently despite picking the sat delivery date which was accepted when I chose it, your delivery people don’t actually work on Saturdays. After a little research this is a common complaint about your company. I can’t fault the product. It’s fabulous. Your customer service and slow responses or no response to e mails is however very poor. Therefore you lose a star which should have a 5 plus rating.”
