“The headboard itself is very nice, I am however disappointed with the delivery service. All of my items arrived in plastic covers but was extremely dirty. I asked the drivers to clean them before bringing into the house but they refused, therefore they made the carpets in the house dirty as I was trying to get the plastic off.”
“Having purchased a headboard, no problem there, easy as. It all went down hill from there, unfortunately. Great I received email informing me that item was ready for collection by courier on next day delivery....then.....nothing! I contacted company, no reply, I phoned only to get message to use email for contacting...but no one answered...what to do next? I finally get reply after sending a ticket question, to be told that it’s on it’s way, only after 15 days of hearing nothing! I did wonder how legit this was? I would say the company needs some improvement on its communications to its customers. Yes I know there are unusual circumstances at the moment, but electronic communication is key these days.....”
