“I was so impressed with my visit to the Bed Factory. From the moment I walked in the door, the lady in the showroom, Samantha, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all about the mattress and it was made for me that afternoon at the Kirby factory. It is incredibly comfortable but firm, all you could ask from a mattress.
