“Looking for a bed to be delivered at short notice and at a great price. Browsed through many websites to find Bed Factory Direct could deliver on a Saturday and take away the old bed/mattress. Website was easy to use, found the divan bed/mattress of our choice. Had emails and text messages from the moment we ordered to the day of delivery. Had a phone call prior to delivery, stating the time of arrival. The two delivery men were polite, lovely and nothing was too much bother. They wore masks and were COVID aware.
