“Delayed delivery due to requiring a "two man team" it was a headboard, but I can see why they needed 'two men' one to drive the van up to the house, whilst the other jumped out and carried the headboard in on his own .... go figure ... I guess it was just an excuse becasue they messed up the logistics, would have preferred they came clean on it. Secondly, headboard with four fixing posts, that required 2 bolts in each post to fix them in the prepared and threaded holes in the back of the head board.... BUT ... they supplied the four bolts to ensure the posts were fixed to the headboard, but not the other four needed bolts to fix the posts in position, requiring a trip to my hardware store to purchase 4 x 40mm M5 threadd bolts. So all in all, a really simple purchase, schedule delivery, deliver process turned out to be overly complicated, halfhearted and not really very caring or supportive. Product is OK lucky it wasn't damaged in transit as an 8ft padded headboard in a poly bag with some tape on is not really a protected transit product. MUST DO BETTER”
