“The mattress does not come rolled and doesnt bend so make sure it will fit up the stairs! I needed 4 people and it took 40 mins to get it through the gap between the stairs and the ceiling as delivery drivers were unable to get it up the stairs. Totally worth the struggle though, I've never slept so well in my life. Bed factory staff were great as well, kept me updated throughout and delivery drivers were friendly and polite”
