“I’ve ticked very poor as the 2 mattresses I ordered are currently invisible! I placed the order on Wednesday the 24th of May and booked delivery for Friday the 26th.
On Friday I phoned to see what time they were arriving. I was told by Shirley at Bed Factory Direct, that the delivery company had unexpected delays and they would prioritise delivery for this morning, 8-12.
Bed factory direct have no phone service today, so I phoned the delivery company directly. They have only received one of the mattresses and delivery can’t be until Monday, when I’ll be at work!
I have family coming to stay tonight and have a bed base and no mattress! What a poor service from Bed Factory Direct.”
