“Ordered Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday so I've only had 3 nights on the mattress and am still adjusting to it but so far I'm quite impressed with the quality and feel of it. The gel and breathable vents help to keep you cool on hot nights and it's quite firm for a medium mattress when it comes out of the box but becomes slightly softer after breaking in. I only wish I had done it sooner. Overall, I am quite happy with my purchase.”
“I’ve ticked very poor as the 2 mattresses I ordered are currently invisible! I placed the order on Wednesday the 24th of May and booked delivery for Friday the 26th.
On Friday I phoned to see what time they were arriving. I was told by Shirley at Bed Factory Direct, that the delivery company had unexpected delays and they would prioritise delivery for this morning, 8-12.
Bed factory direct have no phone service today, so I phoned the delivery company directly. They have only received one of the mattresses and delivery can’t be until Monday, when I’ll be at work!
I have family coming to stay tonight and have a bed base and no mattress! What a poor service from Bed Factory Direct.”
