We're very sorry about the delay with the replacement drawer. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially given how quickly the rest of the bed arrived.
We want to reassure you that we processed everything on our end promptly — unfortunately, the delay has been with the supplier. We've followed up again and are pushing to have this resolved as soon as possible.
They have confirmed they will send the part directly to yourself as we advised this needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible.
