“The mattress is well made and looks really nice in a brocade kind of fabric. I picked a medium one for firmness and it is on the firm side so I have a memory foam topper on at the moment, I'm hoping it will soften a little with time and I can remove the topper. But my old mattress was quite soft so I'd say this is probably about right for the medium firmness. It is supportive and the springs move individually as you put your weight on them. So the separate pocket springs do seem to help distribute the weight. The price was comparable to other companies but the description and reviews seemed better for the Bed Factory Direct company.”
