“The bed is very good, not too difficult to assemble…however the delivery company that you use was absolutely shocking…delivery agreed for Friday but no message received, had to chase to be told that there wasn’t enough room on the lorry and delivery would be on Tuesday, leaving us without a bed!!! Having kicked up a fuss was then told delivery would be on the Saturday but guess what no message or delivery…due to bank holiday bed did turn up on the Tuesday and was just left out of the front of the house with a knock on the door, meaning I had carry the three heavy boxed upstairs on my own…can’t fault the product but delivery was shocking and left a bad taste”
