“I bought through Shopify (although I didn't know it) and the Website is confusing and Delivery was frustrating. I paid for Saturday delivery but it never came. Apparently I didn't specify it. ! And apparently there's an option for taking it to the room and removing the old mattress but it wasnt on the Shopify website.
The despatch was less than enthusiastic in helping sort it out, but it did eventually arrive.
if you're going to have an online business things need to be easier for consumers!!”
“The mattress is not what it looks like in the picture, I’m very disappointed with it as it’s like lying on a hard door, not a memory foam mattress. When we put it on the bed, on the bottom of the mattress, it says great for kids and teens? But there was no mention of that on the website when ordering it!! Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered that one! I just wish I hadn’t opened it so I could send it back.”
“The person who delivered just left the mattress downstairs without considering that I am elderly i had to leave it there until the following day when I found help.”
