“I asked if the bed has a solid storage bottom and was told that it does so I ordered it. When it arrived I found out that it doesn't have so I contacted the company just to be told that it was misleading information from the supplier and they can do nothing about it. They also attached terms and conditions saying there is nothing to do about it and it's not their responsibility.
Even some parts were missing e.g a strap.
So technically they can send you anything like wrong or faulty product or with missing parts and they will do nothing about it.
So you can't return it or exchange it let alone get your money back, not even partly or at least get a voucher or anything.
They even didn't bother with replying.
Absolutely shocking company and customer service.
Be aware of them, I'm never buying anything from this company again.”
