“A brilliant product that my 17 yo son was able to put together with no assistance from a 'grown up'. There were a couple of pieces missing but customer service went above and below to ensure that they were with us asap. Embarrassingly, we then found them tucked inside a sealed packet containing a different piece of the bed!”
