“Overall product and service were brilliant. Minor issue. When purchasing I opted for a Thursday delivery and got a Friday. One of the feet holes wasn't deep enough and the headboard slot was closed. All as I say, minor issues, the quality compared with the price was exceptionally good. Would buy from here again.”

“Absolutely terrible service from this company. Offered me Saturday delivery on website which was then not available. Attempted delivery was made the day before. Refused to deliver it on the Saturday as requested. Delivery was rescheduled for the following Friday so my husband had to take time off work unpaid. No confirmation email arrived the night before, nor an email to say they'd received the request to phone my husbands phone to gain access to property. Then I received an email to say delivery had been missed again and they'd tried to phone my husband. His phone showed no record of that. There was someone in the property while delivery was attempted but driver left. When I rang at 10.30am to get the driver back I was told that it would be another week. Absolutely appalling service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had no choice”
