“No communication from the delivery company, who at the end did not pitch up. no communication from the Bed Factory either. There was no way I can get it delivered to my neighbour. For a delivery company in 2025 this is abismal Service.
Then top my experience, Bed Factory telephone system does not work and their chat is slow to respond.
