Regarding your order, we can confirm that the correct bed frame was sent—your order was for an end-lift ottoman, and that is what was delivered. We understand that product choices can sometimes be confusing, and we're always happy to help clarify any details prior to ordering.
We also apologise for the inconvenience caused regarding the removal of your old base. For health and safety reasons, all bases must be dismantled before our drivers are able to remove them. However, as this was not clearly communicated to you in advance, we will be refunding the £40.00 removal charge as a gesture of goodwill.
