“Very good at letting us know what time del was not so great about service not over polite was like ooh it’s a bit small room not an easy job for us didn’t seem to care about catching the walls & door frames didn’t asses which way the bed would need to be then had to turn it round cat the wall leaving a few dents in the procees then we’re like ooh is that the bed we’re taking with us yes it was all dismantled & near the door for removal when looking at the bed headboard had only bn tightened one side so when lifting the bed & then closing it the headboard dropped one side went to ask them to come & see was like it will just need adjustment yes so can u sort of they did but weren’t other bothered it wasn’t straight so did it myself after they had gone !”
