I was told I would get an email or a text on the day before the divan was delivered to give me an approximate time for delivery. This did not happen. I got a phone call on the day of delivery advising that the divan would be with me in about ten minutes and it arrived about ten minutes later.
Fortunately, the absence of the advice of the delivery time was not a problem for me.”
