“This company operates unfair and perhaps illegal practices. My bed was delivered but would not go up my stairs. No indication was given to me of the size of the bed parts, so this was not my fault at all. The company charged me £100 to take the bed back, the justification for which is not covered under their terms and conditions, and have proved very unhelpful in trying to sort this mess out. Be careful when you ordering on line on line!”
