“I was initially reluctant to order from an online company I wasn’t familiar with, especially considering some of the delivery reviews. However, the delivery complaints are the same on all bed delivery company websites, so I ignored them and went with this company. Beds bases ordered are perfect and good quality, packaged well, short delivery timeframe and delivered on the day and timeslot given.
Only thing (and this would be an issue for the delivery company) is that my house is hard to find and I have poor phone signal, so I spent a good while filling out the instructions on the supplied website form to help them find my house. These were not passed onto the delivery guys which is a shame as they lost a good half hour trying to locate my house. They could have done without that as they were driving Birmingham to Cornwall.
But yes don’t worry about negative reviews, this company is legit and I would buy from them again 100%”
