“What a joke . Just got a email asking for a review when I have NOT received my mattress . Delivery for the 8th of January . Got a email in the morning and text message saying delivery before 11am . After 11 received a text message no delivery that day so would deliver the next day 9th of January. On the 9th of January got a text message no delivery due to the weather . No bad weather where I live but I am aware of snow etc in other parts of the uk . Sooooo this company must have known about bad weather before booking my delivery .2 days off work due to this companies utter incompetence”
